TaylorMade Spider GT Putter

The Spider GT Notchback blends traditional mid-mallet shaping with contemporary construction. A shorter blade length and a wider area from leading to trail edge create a time-honored shape that is enhanced by dual tungsten weights for forgiveness and stability.

The Spider franchise is defined by advanced technology, and the GT Notchback blends those breakthrough design functions with classic shaping, creating a modern take on the traditional mid-mallet design.

This is the first Spider to feature dual tungsten weights totaling 172g, positioned along the heel and toe. This added weight is designed to produce more forgiveness and stability, allowing the Spider GT Notchback to remain extremely stable on off-center strikes. This is the highest MOI mid-mallet TaylorMade has ever made.

Pure Roll is the latest evolution of TaylorMade's Tour-proven face inserts, crafted from a firm TPU urethane material and containing silver aluminum bars angled at 45* to produce a consistent roll time after time.

Notchback is the most classically shaped member of the new Spider family. A lightweight 6061 aluminum body combines with heavy dual-tungsten weights on the outside (heel-toe) for stability, forgiveness, and distance control.

For the first time, TaylorMade has implemented heavy tungsten stability bars (172g total) that strategically wrap around the back and side of the putter for optimal forgiveness and stability.

The new firmer co-molded insert, manufactured of black TPU urethane with silver aluminum beams at a 45° angle, is designed to improve topspin across the face.

A newly engineered stability putter shaft with a softer section located 5" from the tip has been intentionally designed to enhance feel, increase stability, and improve dispersion.

This combination of features in the Spider GT Notchback creates a putter that blends traditional mid-mallet shaping with contemporary construction, delivering a modern take on a classic design.
